Darren Conklin founded Conklin Financial Management in 2017 with his wife, Barbara, after determining throughout his career in financial services that many people would be better served with a fee-based, fiduciary approach to planning and an investment philosophy built on a foundation of market information and financial science.
Darren is a University of Michigan graduate and proud father of two and grandfather of three. He has been a business owner for many years and has extensive experience with starting, buying, and selling businesses; college funding; long term care; divorce; and retirement accumulation and income planning.
Darren has been heavily involved in the community including many years as a high school football coach, board member and volunteer across many different organizations.
